Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund and credit restoration requests are handled for HairstylesAI purchases.

Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

  • The request is submitted within 10 days.
  • The purchase has not been substantially used.
  • The request identifies the email address used for purchase.
  • The request includes the order, invoice, or payment reference if available.
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Service.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a system or AI provider error, credits are not intended to be charged. When credits are deducted for a failed result, we may restore the affected credits instead of issuing a cash refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The request is submitted after the refund period.
  • Most of the purchased credits or outputs have already been used.
  • The purchase has already been refunded.
  • We detect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or Terms violations.
  • The user is dissatisfied with a haircut decision made outside the service.
